What should I have handy during the virtual program?
Nothing is required, but we encourage you to take notes using a notebook to avoid distractions during the virtual program and the interviews following the program.

What should I do if I am having IT issues either before/during the virtual program or before/during the interviews?
We understand that this may happen, this virtual thing is new for us as well! The campus team will be monitoring our recruiting inbox in the event that you have IT issues before or during the event. Feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 816-490-1530 and someone will be in touch ASAP.
What if I have an immediate question during the program, how can I let someone know I have a question?
We encourage using the chat feature in Microsoft Teams if you have questions during the program. The campus team will be monitoring the chat feature and will moderate these questions at the end of the program.
What if I decide to pursue a different service line after attending the virtual program?
Please let your assigned campus recruiter know immediately if your decision has changed from your registration survey.
How can I connect with the other students attending the virtual program?
We plan on hosting an ice-breaker during the program in order for you to be able to connect and meet the other students participating.
How can I avoid distractions during the virtual program?
Try to set yourself up in a quiet room and avoid having any external distractions going on during the program and the interviews.
Silence your cell phones and any computer notifications during the program and the interviews.
Mute your microphone during the virtual program.
Will there be an opportunity to visit the office before accepting a position with CBIZ?

What if I still have questions following the event that never got answered?
Please forward all unanswered questions to your assigned campus recruiter and we will do our best to answer.
When will I hear back regarding the status of my candidacy after the interviews take place?
Our hope is to let all candidates know next steps as soon as possible. Your assigned campus recruiter will address this during the virtual program.
What if I have another offer or deadline before I hear back from CBIZ?
If you have another offer or deadline that we should be aware of, please let your campus recruiter know as soon as you can.
