Depending on your market location, you will participate in a mix of an informational sessions or kick-off call with your recruiter and 2 or 3 30-minute live-video interviews. Please refer to an email from your campus recruiter.

You will receive calendar appointments for your video interviews 1-3 days prior to your final-round interviews from CampusRecruiting@CBIZ.com

Your live video interview will take place within Microsoft Teams. We highly recommend you download the desktop application (instead of using the web browser version) for the best experience.

You should expect feedback from your campus recruiter on your employment status typically within 2-3 weeks. Every market locations has different timeline expectations, so if you have an offer deadline, please communicate this to your campus recruiter as soon as possible.
