  • Are you hiring for intern and entry-level positions?
    The positions we are actively recruiting for can be found at www.cbiz.jobs
  • What if I have already graduated? What if CBIZ isn't recruiting on my campus?
    Open positions are posted on our career site. Through the site, you can search for available campus positions and apply online. To enhance your chance of success, submit your profile directly to an open position. If there aren’t any open positions that match your background and experience, please email campusrecruiting@cbiz.com for additional information.
  • Are your intern positions full-time (40/hours a week) or part-time?
    Majority of our internship positions are full-time, but sometimes we have opportunities that are part-time. Please ask your campus recruiters or email campusrecruiting@cbiz.com for more information on specific roles.
  • What's the best way to apply for a position with CBIZ?
    Search and apply for a job on our Careers website. Once you’ve created a profile you’ll be able to quickly apply for additional openings, set-up job alerts, and view the status of your application(s).
  • Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
    Yes, you can apply for multiple openings.
  • What is my application status?
    To see your application status, sign-in to our Careers website and select My Jobs to review your applications.
  • How can I best prepare for an interview with CBIZ?
    Help us get to know you the real you by explaining how your experiences and successes have prepared you for the role you’re pursuing at CBIZ. We recommend reviewing the job description and doing research on your local office and company. Come prepared with a few examples that demonstrate your strengths and any questions you have about the opportunity.
  • Should I ask questions?
    Yes please! Thoughtful questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your passions, and that you care! Your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us too!
  • How can I make an accessibility request?
    If you are a qualified individual with a disability you may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.   • How can I send a follow up thank you letter or email to my interviewers
    Your recruiter can provide the names and contact information of your interviewers if you’d like to send thank you notes.
  • Should I dress professionally for my interview?
    Sure thing! If you're interviewing in person or through video, we encourage you to try and look your best. Look good, feel good, interview good!
  • Does CBIZ offer flexible work schedules?
    Employees regularly work with their managers on a case-by-case basis to evaluate flexible work arrangements, based on employee and business needs.
  • Does CBIZ provide support for the CPA exam?
    Yes. We provide all campus hires with support for the CPA exam, including review materials, exam sitting fees, time off to sit for the exam, and finally provide up to a bonus for those who pass the exam within a specified period of time. More details on our CPA policy are provided in our offer of employment. We provide experienced hires with similar CPA or other professional certification support relative to experience level and practice. Your campus recruiter will provide additional details.
