CBIZ’s Career Academy is a Leadership Program that is designed for high achieving college students to learn more about the public accounting & professional services industries.  Over the course of the program, you will gain exposure to several of our Business Leaders, Executives, Associates, Human Resource professionals and peers.  This interactive program is designed to continue building your knowledge-base regarding the accounting profession, sharpen your leadership and communication skills while socializing with CBIZ employees and peers.  Our goal for the CBIZ Career Academy is to provide exposure of what skills are needed to transition from college into your career at CBIZ.
